Our Service Advisors (ASM) are the here to be your personal service concierge to help maintain the maintenance of your vehicle. The ASM is a vital resource to help you maintain and maximize your vehicles. Routine maintenance, along with major mile intervals will help protect your vehicle and your investment.

All ASM are factory trained by Toyota and held to the highest standards for customer service. More importantly, our ASM will be someone who you will become familiar with and can trust to provide you with the most comprehensive service.

TSS FACTORY TRAINED TECHNICIANS

Our TSS factory trained technicians are trained on current and past models manufactured by Toyota as well as many foreign and domestic models. We feature Factory Certified Master Technicians that are experts with more than 20 years of automotive experience. Our technicians are also ASE trained which should provide you a peace of mind that we know your vehicle better than anyone else
   
COMFORTABLE TSS WAITING AREAS & SERVICE PROCESS

Toyota Scion of Scranton understands that servicing your vehicle is not one of your top ten daily items that you enjoy doing. That’s why we created a waiting area that will create a most enjoyable experience. First, we offer a Dunkin Donuts experience right in our customer area. Forget the stale coffee with instant cream!  While in for service, you have the best coffee or refreshments available at your choosing, along with fresh donuts and bagels all within a short distance from our customer waiting area.

Then we created the ultimate in customer waiting areas with a double- sided fireplace, enough seating for more than 40 customers and free Wi-Fi if you wish to bring your laptop with you. Once you arrive at Toyota of Scranton, we offer an enclosed drive in facility. When you exit you vehicle, a service porter will place mats on your floor to protect your interior   Then our factory trained Service Advisors will inspect your vehicle, buy walking around and reviewing tires, inspections and the overall exterior condition of your vehicle. The ASM will then sit with you and discuss what services you might require. 

If you wish, we can provide you with transportation to your home and or work all within a reasonable distance from the dealership. We can also provide you ride to the Viewmont Mall or local restaurants while having your vehicle serviced.

We also offer a large screen display in our customers waiting area that provides updates as to the progress of your vehicle. Once your vehicle is processed by our factory trained technicians, communication between the technician and your ASM is critical in providing you with knowledge of what your vehicle may need in order to maximize its potential.

Toyota of Scranton will also provide you with a free and complete multipoint inspection that will provide you insight to areas that may need to be addressed in order to properly maintain your vehicle. The multipoint inspection is provided to you highlighting areas of great concern in red, items that are in yellow are items that must be reviewed as caution and need attention as a potential repair in the near future. Items highlighted in green are areas that are not of immediate concern.

TSS NO APPOINTMENT EXPRESS SERVICE

Express Lube services can normally be done without a scheduled appointment. While some days are more busier than others, if it is recommend for you to contact us before you arrived, we can provide you with information on how busy we are at certain times.

SATURDAY SERVICE
We understand that you are busy during the week. That’s why we provide services appointments on Saturday.  Saturdays are normally a very busy day for us, so we would suggest planning ahead by scheduling an appointment. 

TSS RENTAL CAR CENTER*

Toyota Scion of Scranton offers rental cars through Toyota Rent a Car.  TSS offers the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Matrix, Toyota Yaris and the Toyota Sienna. All rentals are available by contacting us and placing a reservation.
     
If you are in for service and wish to rent a Toyota to run some errands, rentals are available at a substantial discount to service customers.  

Toyota of Scranton Rental Car Center offers weekend and daily specials featuring our Toyota products. So if it’s a business trip or a weekend getaway, contact our rental department to take advantage of rental program.
